Mishka Productions produces conferences and events with bestselling authors whose work is mainly in the spiritual, holistic health and personal growth arenas. Some of our clients include: Wayne Dyer, Neale Donald Walsch, James Van Praagh, Doreen Virtue and more. We are a small business located in Scottsdale.

We are seeking a part time individual M-F to work in our Scottsdale office.

This position will entail:
- Manage & create marketing exchanges
- Create joint ventures- Coordinate, execute, monitor and report on all marketing projects, initiatives & campaigns
- Generate copy/content for multiple websites
- Target, coordinate, and monitor internal web marketing activities for the goal of lead generation including SEO copywriting, PPC, keyword optimization, developing landing page/mini-sites, increasing social media reach, engaging in e-mail marketing- Maintain Company newsletter- Manage external resources (Pay per Lead, banner re-targeting) through optimizing content- Increase number of leads from previous quarters while ensuring the quality of incoming leads through the consistent reporting of positive-growth ROI
- Act as project manager for any re-design and content enhancement of websites
- Manages all company Social Media Pages/ create & maintain blogs- Maintain affiliate program
- In charge of posting events everywhere and anywhere, online

Marketing Coordinator is responsible for reporting the following:
 Overall status of marketing projects
 Web statistics, analytics & metrics: site/page rankings, links, CTRs, traffic behavior, traffic sources, keyword density, advertising conversions
 Performance of all lead sources based on total incoming leads compared to enrollment rates
Skills in being able to handle all of the aforementioned areasGoogle Analytics, SEO, etc.Knowledge of spiritual authors and a passion for personal and spiritual growth. Good communicator, energetic, love of people, outgoing, good multi-tasking skills are all a plus!
