    We also have a care coordinator position open, below are the details: 
    Responsibilities may include, but not limited to: 
    * Match appropriate caregiver with client. 
    * Ensure policy and procedures are followed. 
    * Achieve the corporate goals; maintain gross profit margin objectives and productivity objectives. 
    * Punctually coordinate & maintain a complete Client Service Schedule. 
    * Monitor, mediate and log Clients and caregivers service concerns 
    * Maintain computer and hard copy files on all prospective, active and 
    former Clients and caregivers. 
    * Lead, Manage, and Supervise Staff of Caregivers. Provide on going 
    behavior correction and/or motivation, discipline as required. 
    * Field, log, verify and discuss caregivers’ hours and types of service performed on a regular basis. 
    * Immediately investigate and resolve or remedy Client & Caregiver concerns or issues 
    * Special projects and additional responsibilities as requested 
     
    Hours required to work: 
     
    * 8am-5pm+, Monday-Friday 
     
    Location: Sun City, Arizona 
     
    Pay Rate 
    $9.00 to $11.00/hour 
     
     
    Job Status: Full Time, Part Time
