Job Description: 
Immediate multiple openings for ENTRY LEVEL Customer Service Reps. No prior call center or customer service experience required. What will you do? 
 
• Answer inbound customer calls regarding new and existing service requests  
• Assist in understanding and evaluating warranty coverage 
• Document all calls in First American’s system FAST 
• Process claims for homeowners and assist with warranty coverage inquiries 
• Create work items from Claims and/or work orders 
• Cancel or re-open claims or work orders 
• Provide homeowners with all relevant information pertaining to the contract, claims or work order 
• Handle various dispatch activities 
• Resolve homeowner and contractor scheduling conflicts
