Entry Level Bookkeeper/Admin Assistant (Central Phoenix)

  • Central Phoenix accounting firm seeks a part-time, Entry level bookkeeper who will provide  
    exceptional service to our business and professional clients. 
     
    Successful candidates must be able to multi-task and remain DETAIL ORIENTED. 
    Experience in processing payroll, filing payroll and sales tax returns, bank reconciliations,  
    general ledgers, adjusting journal entries and bookkeeping, for various clients would be  
    a PLUS, but not required.  
     
    This position includes client interaction so applicant MUST possess STRONG VERBAL AND 
    COMMUNICATION SKILLS. 
     
    Compensation is dependent on experience but will range from $10 to $12 per hour.  
    Atmosphere is casual, but only self motivated individuals should apply. 
     
    This position may change to full time after 90 days. 
     
    Qualifications: 
    • Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks and Excel 
    • Thorough knowledge of accounting principles 
    • Telephone Skill 
    • Must work well with others
