Seeking young, athletic, energetic person for full-time paralegal position working in a three attorney family/bankruptcy law office that is growing rapidly.

Prior experience in a law firm not required — we are happy to train but need someone who is a self-starter and not shy to ask questions. Typical duties include working with the assigned attorney to prepare for hearing, draft initial pleadings in bankruptcy and family law matters, gather evidence and compile exhibits for trial, case management and interacting with clients regarding case status.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, possess excellent people skills, and be able to form an intelligent proper sentence. Must be able to work independently and be a team player in an environment that is very social. As there is a great deal of interaction with our clients, a presentable, professional appearance is a must.
