Internet – SEM sites, online contextual ads and more

Basically we are a technology company that works in a marketing capacity for almost every B2B and B2C industry (i.e. Insurance, Debt, Education, Cosmetic, Home Improvement, etc)
Clients include New York Life Insurance, University of Phoenix, Mary Kay Cosmetics, Direct TV, ETC.

Our company has grown from 12 employees to 120 in less than two years, and with that amazing growth we need to bring on somebody to help our 2 current recruiters in sourcing new candidates. This person will be sourcing candidates not only for our Scottsdale office, but also our Denver Office, New York Office, soon to be UK office, and various remote roles around the country.

Duties:
- Sourcing resumes through various job boards and job applications.
- Determining if resume seems like it be a good fit for the position.
- Call that particular candidate to determine qualifications.
- Set up interview to meet with candidate and determine if he/she would be a good fit.

Qualification:
- Our ideal candidate has 1-2 years of sourcing/recruiting/staffing experience, but not required. (We are willing to train a bright person on the process).
- Strong researching skills.
- Strong organizational/multi-tasking skills.
- Able to communicate effectively with team members.
- Energetic and ambitious.
