We are seeking an out of the box thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset for our Mesa, AZ office. The right candidate will have experience in a high growth environment; the ability to recruit D.D.S. (dedicated, disciplined, and smart) individuals who fit within our corporate culture; well versed in employment and payroll laws; and the ability to handle employee relations with tact and poise.
Responsibilities Include:
• Assist with recruitment initiatives including sourcing, pre-screening, scheduling interviews, and making selection recommendations.
• New hire orientation and benefits enrollment.
• Implement Company policies and procedures to ensure best practices and compliance.
• FMLA/ADA Administration.
• Create and run HR reports out of the HRIS system.
• Coach / consult with managers regarding employee performance issues and documentation.Education and Professional Experience
• Bachelor’s degree required with a minimum of 2+ years experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified above.
• Proven track record of success recruiting positions at all levels of the business.
• Strong customer service experience
• Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Strong leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate in a courteous, tactful, and concise manner.
• Focused on achieving defined results, and exceeding goals and objectives.
• Ability to bring out other people’s potential and talents.
