Experienced Maintenance Tech Needed for Nice Central Apartment Community- Approx. 200 units

Must have HVAC Knowledge and install experience.
Experience in all areas of Multi-housing Maintenance, Plumbing, Electrical etc…..
Proficient in Pool Maintenance
Painting
Evaporative Cooling

Must be professional, organized, have a great attitude, be a team player, work efficiently and in a timely manner.

Must be able to be on call every other week.
