Experienced maintenance tech wanted for east side town home complex. Subcontracting Job, NOT FULL TIME. ON CALL BASIS DEPENDING ON ISSUE. Applicant should be knowledgeable in basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and A/C – heating. Position will be responsible mainly for all aspects of apartment turnovers. Some work orders, light projects, and various job tasks will also be required. Must have a positive attitude, self – motivated, and be a TEAM player. Also applicant must be honest, open minded, be a troubleshooter, and follow directions. Must be able to climb ladders and capable of lifting heavy equipment / supplies.
