Responsible for coordination of all facets of projects in conjunction with the Director of Development. Acts as a liaison between internal and external project team members and the Development department to successfully coordinate projects on time and within budget.JOB FUNCTIONS

Individual is also responsible for all other duties as assigned.• Attends project meetings and is reposnsible for miscellaneous documentation.
• Assists the Director of Development by preparing/updating reports and schedules.
• Consistently provides accurate and timely communication to consultants and internal teams, inclusive of status reports.
• Provides detailed project management administration on specific projects. Responsible for managing FRC expectations in accordance with contract deliverables.
• Monitors project work plans, budgets, and deliverables for FRC and internal teams.
• Ensures that resources are secured to effectively meet timelines and facilitate deliverables.
• Responsibe for sub contract and contract administration, monitors change orders, and evaluates progress payments.
• Works with vendors, managing billings and organizing/updating files.
• Assists with in-house project design (cap ex and remodels).
• Researches owner provided FFE specifications, documentation, procurement/purchasing options. Responsible for furniture order entry, checking of acknowledgments, scheduling, tracking, coordinating shipping and delivery, issue resolution, product research and verification, coordination with designers, project managers, and installers.
• Processes all final documents for project close-out, ensures completion of punch-list items, starts warranty period, reviews and issues operation and maintenance manuals and as-built drawings before project close-outsPROFESSIONAL AND TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE
• High school diploma or GED equivalency; and At least three (3) years of experience in project coordination or related field; or any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the knowledge and abilities necessary to perform the work.
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills; must be able to multi-task and prioritize.
• Ability to coordinate, motivate, and supervise project team, while working closely with other executives.
• Personal motivation and the ability to work independently self-starter.
• Strong negotiating skills.KEY SUCCESS FACTORS
• Degree in business, engineering, design, or related discipline.
• Solid knowledge of construction restaurant materials and methods, and initiative to research as required.
• Ability to review and redline plans not necessary but a plus.
• Ability to analyse both success and failures for routes if improvement in the project management process.
• Accuracy of scoping length and difficulty of tasks and projects, developing schedules and task/people assignments and contingency planning.
• Ability to work well in a team environment to produce outstanding quality work.
• Confidence in priority setting with the ability to quickly assess and time plans around key goals.
• Able to coordinate multiple activities to accomplish department goals, using resources effectively and efficiently and ensuring project expectations are met on time and within budget.
• Working knowledge of project management tools including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Project.
• Confident in presenting FRC’s vision in a knowledgeable and compelling manner.BENEFITS PACKAGE
