Web-to-print PhotoSharing company is seeking a hardworking Web/Graphic Designer to join our team. Please send us a resume and a link to your portfolio. This position is targeted as a full-time position but will start contract to perm, but on-site only. We are looking for someone to grow with us, as the company grows, so does the opportunity for advancement. We are located in the east valley near Falcon Field air park.
 

 
Responsibilities:
 
• Must be able to turn Photoshop mockups into fully functioning pages/sites that work on all platforms/browsers (Mac/PC with Firefox, Safari, and especially Internet Explorer 6/7/8).
 
• Design of web pages, assets for marketing campaigns such as emails, banners, promotional ads, package inserts and direct mail pieces.
 
• Fluency with core graphic design principles (typography, form, color, composition, imagery, etc.) and associated software packages to include Adobe CS (PhotoShop, Flash, etc)
 
• Must be proficient in HTML with an understanding of ASPX. Proficiency in Adobe Flex a huge plus
 
• Must have video editing capabilities
 
• Design templates, embellishments and backgrounds to specifications for use in the core application
 
• Manage freelance designers
 

 
You will also be creating the design for our core application and providing elements needed to programming team for development. You will be working closely with high level developers as they create additional software applications.
 

 
Requirements:
 
• 4+ years of graphic/web design experience.
 
• Strong portfolio that exemplifies a broad range of web and design knowledge
 
• Photoshop + Adobe Creative Suite CS3+
 
• Experience with FTP and server management
 

 
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
 
• Experience with Adobe Flex and ASPX is a plus
 
• Must be able to multi-task
 
• Self-motivated, driven, able to articulate his/her vision – looking for someone to raise the bar and keep site on the cutting edge.
 
• Able to come up with multiple creative solutions
