We are building maintenance technician

Key responsibilities:
Perform regular routine checks and preventive upkeep of building structure conditions and tools. Responsible for fixes and changes to building inside and outside. Maintain appropriate record as needed, to meet our policy requirements. Do other related responsibilities as required.

Qualifications:
* The chosen candidate must possess at least Grade 12 certificate with five months acquaintance in building upkeep.
* Possess excellent technical knowledge of HVAC especially in fans and cleanrooms.Must be able to use basic shop equipment. Should do work well in a team setting, interact effectively and maintain good rapport with clients.

• Compensation: $13.00-21.00/hr
