I am looking for a part-time CSR (Customers Service Representative) to fill a need in a growing insurance office. This position will be 10-15 hours per week. This would be a great job for a college student or someone looking to work limited hours per week. We are willing to work with a flexible schedule for qualified candidates. This position offers excellent potential for growth within the agency as well as bonus opportunities. Our office is located near Oracle/Ina.

Basic CSR Job description:
-Assist clients with Policy and Billing questions
-Cross-sell insurance products to existing clients
-Implement agency marketing strategies
-Assist agency in reaching monthly sales goals

Skills required for this position:
-Eagerness to sell products to new and existing clients
-Strong communicator
-Positive and friendly personality
-Have knowledge of Microsoft office, and Internet applications.
-Bilingual a plus
