We are currently hiring a Field Estimator for our Tucson location.

The Field Estimator will perform bidding activities for Remodel Projects, Bank-Owned homes, and investor projects and will report to the Arizona Director of Construction. The position will work remotely in the field cities where bids are requested.

Responsibilities
•Provide on-site estimation / bid documentation for work related to REO and bank owned properties within and around Tucson

Requirements•Extensive car travel time is required; the majority of the time will be spent in the field preparing estimates for the operation
•At least 5 years of relevant experience in remodel and repair estimating is required
•Be very knowledgeable in all areas of construction and various Registrar of Contractors laws
•Able to work in fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment
•Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
•Ability to take digital photos and send them to office coordinators is required
•Highly proficient computer skills including Ms Word, Excel and Outlook; Timberline experience desirable
•Excellent time management skills
•Honesty, Integrity, and Work Ethic are important character attributes

Wage / Benefits
•The initial wage is $33,000 per year
•Health Insurance Benefits are offered after 90-Day Probation Period per plan guidelines
•Auto reimbursement to be provided for fuel costs
•Cell Phone reimbursement of $60 per month
