Responsibilities:

*Follows and enforces all facility work rules, company’s best practices and values
*Follows and enforces all facility safety rules.
*Drive Productivity by:
-Maintaining waste targets
-Labor efficiencies
-Fulfillment to the customer
*Cross Training
*Maintain accurate and complete records. Fill out scrap reports, production sheets and logs and other records as assigned by Shift Manager.
*Assist in transitioning of new products into production.
*Clear minor machine difficulties and perform maintenance and repair as trained by engineer, technician or supervisor.
*Up holds all Quality standards
*Delegate work and oversee workflow
*Support and update training matrix within department.

Skills and Attributes Needed:

*Experience with high volume repetitive manufacturing.
*Previous lead and or QC experience in manufacturing a plus.
*Previous Photo finishing experiences a plus.
*Ability to work at a fast pace while standing.
*Must be able to communicate in English.
*Detail oriented and has good record keeping skills.
*Able to work in a culturally diverse environment.
*Must be dependable, reliable and have a good work ethic.
*Flexible on work schedule
*Able to lift up to 50 lbs, mobility to crouch, reaches, bend and do repetitive actions with hands and arms.
*Adaptability to change, willingness to learn new jobs.
*Provide setup, changeovers, and preventative maintenance on bindery and print finishing equipment
