Fire Kettle Operator

Lehi Valley is family owned, people centric snack manufacturer and distributor, specializing in private labeling.

We are looking for an honest, hard working, well rounded confectionery team member to help further enhance our candy line.

Primary responsibilities include:
• Manufacturing a variety candied products including, butter toffee nuts, sugar coated nuts, and peanut brittle.

Required Knowledge and Skills
• 5+ years of solid confectionery industry experience
• Must be available to work flexible hours.
• Must demonstrate ability to compute rate, ratios and percentages.
• Demonstrated success building and fostering teams, gain commitment from others and effectively manage the decision making process.
• Detail-oriented, able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
• One or more year’s related experience in a manufacturing environment with emphasis in a food oriented industry.
• Knowledge of QA/QC procedures, sanitation, GMPs, FDA and local health regulations, inventory control.
• Microsoft Outlook, Publisher, Word, Excel
• KLEANZ, MAS 200, Project Path
• Strong analytical, written and verbal skills
• Proven problem solving, multi-tasking, time management and prioritization skills
• Drive to succeed and improve self and business
• Work in house @ Mesa, AZ location

Bonus Skills
• Working knowledge of MAS90/200 ERP
