A Dynamic, Contemporary Floral Concierge is seeking a Creative Experienced Floral Designer and Manager who will take the lead on floral design work and manage the day-to-day operations of our shop. We are looking for someone who loves design, loves people and loves to participate in a team that is moving forward and making things happen.
 

 
Qualifications: Versatile design background with an emphasis on creative, customized design, including high-style and asian-inspired designs. Experience in a full-service flower shop required. Team player, takes direction well, and yet brings their own ideas to the table. Willing to take on the day-to-day management of the shop as well as some aspects of marketing. Forward-thinking and committed to continuing education. Experienced in wedding and event design, flower ordering for daily shop needs as well as weddings and events. Excellent people skills, self-motivated, hard-working and willing to learn systems already in place. Experience in funeral design, corporate work and gift baskets. Strong computer skills also required. Photography skills a plus.
 

 
Divas and slackers need not apply. 20-30 hours/week, M-F and most Saturdays. Must be responsible, dependable, trustworthy, motivated, and willing to work in a collaborative environment. Looking for someone to start immediately.
 

 
Owner willing to help underwrite continuing education in floral industry or related. Competitive pay, dependent on experience and ability. Limited benefits available.
