We are currently in need of a responsible and conscientious individual to become our Full-Time, Food & Beverage Supervisor for our Camino Seco Bowl located in Tucson, AZ. The Food & Beverage Supervisor will be responsible for supervising the operations of bar/snack bar and/or restaurant, providing input to the General Manager on all food and beverage matters in the bowling center, maintaining a safe environment, and improving bottom line profitability through appropriate revenue management, along with handling regular bar/snack bar and/or restaurant duties. This position is a key position in the Centers food and beverage operation.

Job Requirements:
Requirements & Qualifications: ? Excellent customer service and communication skills ? Excellent planning and organizational skills ? Flexibility with work schedule ? High school diploma or equivalent. Degree in Food and Beverage Management preferred. ? Prior food and beverage customer service, bartender, drink preparation and food handling experience ? Must have completed Serving Alcohol Responsibly training and be T.I.P.S. certified ? Supervisory training and knowledge. ? Must be at least 18 years old.
