FRONT DESK-EVENING AND NIGHT AUDIT DUTIES

Outgoing personality, self motivator, and multi-tasker
Be flexible and adaptable to the changes that will occur to the job
Performs a variety of clerical duties including basic computer work and simple accounting tasks Responsible for balancing the daily operations of the hotel
Must be able to work 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) and 3rd shift (11:00pm-7:00am)
Must have excellent driving record and reliable transportation
Experience in hotel operations required, general hotel accounting preferred
Must be able to communicate effectively in writing and articulate verbally
Must have excellent customer relations skills on the phone
Must have good cash handling skills, able to make change and balance shift
Must be able to sell and upsell hotel rooms to walk ins and by telephone reservations
Must be able to type, write and work on a computer for up to eight hours.
Position requires standing, walking, and light lifting for up to eight hours and work effectively
Must be honest, work well with others, and not afraid to greet customers.
Must be able to respond to guest needs/request and able to make decisions
This is a part-time position that will ultimately lead into a full-time position

LINE COOK
Must be able to work on own
Will normally work 3 AM shifts (starting at 5am) and 2 evening shifts (starting at 4:30pm)
Some kitchen experience preferred
Must be able to handle all duties in the kitchen – setup, cleanup, washing dishes, etc.

MAINTENANCE
All around maintenance handyman needed.
Full time position includes some weekends
Should have basic skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting and swimming pool upkeep
