Local established small polyculture farm looking for garden manager to operate organically grown produce garden with an existing CSA membership. Applicant must have positive attitude, strong work ethic, gardening knowledge and experience, ability to live in the boonies in primitive conditions and work with others, flexibility, good decision making and communication skills, willingness to dedicate themselves wholeheartedly to the the farm operation and build the CSA shares and business as a team with farm owners.
