We are currently looking for a General Manager for a busy sports bar/restaurant in Tucson.

We are looking for an exceptional leader and service manager to join our team. We require dedication to customer service, and demand excellence in every employee that is a part of our family. The GM should motivate and mentor the staff, while also being able to control costs and maximize profits in the process. The GM will also be expected to enhance the venue’s exposure in the community and implement programs designed to increase business.

APPLICANTS MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 4 YEARS OF BAR/RESTAURANT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE.

The Ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, writing skills, leadership abilities, problem solving, customer relations and people skills, as well as having great energy, with the ability to multitask, work well with computers and POS systems, and a strong financial background to track inventories, costs, expenses, profits, and losses.
