We are looking for an exceptional Sous Chef with a succesful track record. Please only apply if you have at least two years experience as a Sous Chef in a fine dining and catering establishment. Must be a leader and ready to deliver on extremely high expectations. Must have strong hands on culinary backgroud and used to working with high volume..
Sunday through Thursday workweek with Friday’s and Saturday’s off.
