Tumbleweed Center for Youth Development is seeking part-time Youth Care Worker to work evening and weekends in our Independent Living Program with youth ages 16-18. The Youth Care Worker will be responsible for providing supervision in the Group Home, performs intakes and orientation services to youth. Enhances youth’s positive social skills and assist in helping to develop youth’s self-control. Coordinates recreational program, implements, leads and supervises recreational activities both inhouse and offsite. Participates in staffing providing input to team. Implements the Treatment/Case Plan, providing teaching of life skills by interacting with youth on 1:1 and group basis.

Applicants must have a HS Diploma/GED and two years experience working with at-risk populations. Must be able to obtain Fingerprint Clearance, valid Arizona Drivers License with good driving history.
