Guest Service Agent (Hampton Inn Tucson Airport)

  • Hampton Inn Tucson Airport is currently searching for an Energetic Senior Guest Service Agent to join our team. Hilton, Starwood or Marriott experience preferred!

    This position is full-time and includes working Sat. and Sun along with other shifts during the week. Responsibilities are to provide exceptional guest services that include and not limited to the following:

    Registration and check-out, handling customer questions, PBX, contacting appropriate departments for assistance, initial welcome and first impression of the hotel, and creating moments for guests. Experience in AR/AP and bilingual are a definite plus!
    The Guest service agent must be accurate with daily accounting and cash handling procedures. The essential hospitality standards must be used at all times: eye contact, smile, speak first, engage in polite conversation, and use the guest name.

    Flexibility with scheduling, PM, holiday and weekend shifts are required.

    Job Requirements
    Skills/ Requirements:

    MUST have previous hotel/front desk experience

    Effective time management skills

    Ability to communicate effectively with the public and associates

    Computer literate
