HEAD CHEF (NE TUCSON)

  • > Established North East Tucson landmark is offering a rare opportunity for the right Head Chef to join our team.
    > 4 + years experience in a busy kitchen environment ( lunch and dinner), at least one previous supervisory or Head Chef role, be organized, able to execute a high-volume kitchen with a flair for consistency.
    > No room for egos in our kitchen.
    > Refine and take our culinary program to the next level. 21ST Century.
    > Show off your creative ambition with signature dishes( Small plates/Tapas, bistro fares, french modern, creative happy hour fares………)
    > Plan and prepare menu items. Accommodate guest’s special requests. Ensure food standards and presentation show continual improvements.
    > Implement inventory systems, maintain steady strong food cost, sanitation and rotation standards, utilize the space, maintain utmost cleanliness in all aspects.
    > Coach and train existing staff to be the best they can be in the culinary world.
    > This position will require the individual to work/assist the line Lunch and Dinner 6 days a week. (TO START)
