Bartenders
We are looking for polished, highly skilled bartenders to join our roster – you should have a strong grasp of cocktail history and culture, with an even more important desire to want to learn. There will be extensive training regardless of the work history you have, and shifts will first be determined by need first, and then be based upon performance. Any exceptional bartender will understand and appreciate the need to maintain a clean, well organized workplace – and a team that knows everyone is held to the same standard. Shifts are 5 – 10 hours depending upon the night, late nights, holidays and weekday nights are required in addition to the ‘good shifts’. (industry humor) Uniform is enforced, all state and local health and liquor documents required. SHIFTS AVAILABLE: 2-3 shifts per week.

Cocktail Server
Exactly the same as the bartenders, we are looking for highly skilled cocktail waitresses to join our roster – you should have a strong grasp of cocktail history and culture, with an even more important desire to want to learn. There will be extensive training regardless of the work history you have, and shifts will first be determined by need first, and then be based upon performance. This is a unique position in that you need to LOVE to socialize, but be able to do it in a way that doesn’t prevent you from delivering the level of service that we require and our guests expect. We want to blow people away with how friendly and cool we can be, while still looking amazing and providing exceptional service….how’s that for simple? Uniform is enforced, all state and local health and liquor documents required.
SHIFTS AVAILABLE: 2-3 shifts per week.
