Hiring Frontdesk/office manager (Phoenix AZ)

  • Travel Inn, located at 27th Ave & Indian school rd. is looking to add an Office Manager to its team. You must be able to multi-task in a busy environment while maintaining a high level of customer service and attention to detail.  
    Duties required for Office manager: 
    - Excellent computer skills are critical to this position.  
    - Excellent customer service and communication skills 
    - Handle customer complaints 
    - Monitor Inventory Levels and order supplies 
    - Other administrative tasks 
     
    The ideal candidate will have: 
    - High school diploma or equivalent 
    - Front and back office experience 
    - Friendly and outgoing personality 
    - Own ride and willing to work flexible schedule 
    - Enthusiastic, energetic, and pleasant personality 
    - Maintain a positive and courteous attitude at all times 
    - Clear and effective communication skills 
    - Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. 
    - Previous customer service and retail experience is a plus
