The Orange Tree Golf Resort is seeking a Room Attendant and Evening Housekeeping Attendant to join our team. If you are interested in either position we encourage you apply in person at 10601 N. 56th Street, Scottsdale AZ, Monday through Friday, 1 pm — 3 pm. ROOM ATTENDANT
Thoroughly and correctly cleans guestrooms according to standard operating procedures to ensure guest satisfaction.
Removes soiled linens and replace with clean linens as required.
Removes accumulated trash and debris from rooms as required.
Cleans bathroom areas.
Washes all surfaces thoroughly.
Replenishes promotional materials/literature.
Vacuum rooms as required.
Replenishes room amenities as needed.
Performs any deep cleaning projects when requested.
Performs all other duties as requested.

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
Education:
High school or GED diploma, but not required.
Experience:
No experience necessary, on the job training available.
Physical requirements:
Must be in good physical condition, some lifting of up to 50lbs is required.
Environmental Factors:
Must be willing to work both indoors and outdoors year round.
Must be willing to use any size ladder to reach windows or ceiling fans of any height.

EVENING ATTENDANT
To reply to guest requests or direct them to the department who can assist them. Follow up on guest requests to ensure satisfactorily completed.
Deliver laundry or dry cleaning to specific rooms by 6:00 PM daily.
Daily cleaning of the housekeeping department, wash tables, dust, mop, and wash floors and vacuum carpets.
Forward phones after 8:00 PM, and shut down computer.
Wash dirty linen and kitchen rags on a daily basis. Fold towels and put on shelves.
Check lobby at 6 PM daily. Replenish paper products if necessary.
Report any malfunctions with machines or lights through-out the quads to the resort operator.
Clean pool restrooms daily. Re-stock toilet paper, c-fold towels and sweep and mop floors, clean sinks, remove all garbage, return dirty towels to housekeeping.
Dust all pipes in housekeeping once a week.
Inspects all short notice requests such as changes in stay over rooms, VIP’s, and where any unexpected changes occur. Handles them efficiently to ensure guest and resort satisfaction.

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
Education:
High School Diploma or GED diploma preferred
Experience:
Previous hotel experience preferred. Must have flexible schedule.
Skills:
Must have good written & verbal communication skills
Must have general English communication skills
Physical Requirements:
Must be in good physical condition, lifting up to 50 lbs. required
Environmental Factors:
Must be willing to work indoors and outdoors daily
Must be willing to work evenings and weekends
