You have a track record of highly interactive HTML / JS (jQuery) / CSS and ASP.NET or JSP / Spring MVC apps, but you like your hands dirty as a badass technologist in things like:
-Mobile (iOS / Android / WP7)
-Microsoft Silverlight and WPF
-Adobe Flex 4 and AIR

You have (or want) an eye for visual detail and creating compelling visualizations
-You’re passionate for building high quality software
-You love solving problems and facing new challenges
-You enjoy diving deep into unfamiliar, important domains
-You’re a proactive communicator that enjoys working closely with creative and technical peers
