As Human Resource Coordinator , you’ll be responsible for providing general human resource services and programs to the team members, department heads and the Executive Director. Tasks in this role will include conducting new hire orientations, overseeing personnel files and information, managing payroll processing, and partnering with departments to ensure staffing needs are met. Position requirements include:

• High school diploma and 3-4 years human resources experience, or college degree in related field and 1-2 years of human resource experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge in Federal, State, and local employment labor laws.
• Software proficiency.
• Experience in benefits administration and payroll processing.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors and the general public.
• Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
• Available to work weekends, evenings and flexible hours.
• Must meet all health requirements, including TB, and pass background checks.
