Human Resources Intern (Tucson, AZ – East Side)

We are looking to hire a self-starting, motivated student. In this role, the Intern will be exposed to a broad range of Human Resources procedures and practices. If you are interested in starting a career in a Human Resources department where you will be exposed to critical human resources functions in an international organization, then this position may be for you!
• Provide administrative support to the HR department;
• Acts as a liaison between HR manager and employees, performs customer service functions by resolving employee requests/questions
• Assist with Employee Event Planning and Employee Relations Activities
• Assist with Recruitment Process and Applicant Tracking
• Assist with Family Medical Leave administrationREQUIREMENTS:
- Must be currently enrolled in (Junior or Senior level)/or a recent college graduate earning a Bachelor’s Degree with a major in Business or Human Resources.
- Ability to work part time, 15 – 20 hours per week for a 6 – 12 month assignment (academic year);
- Must be fluent (speak, read and write) in both English and Spanish.
- Must be currently enrolled in (Junior or Senior level)/or a recent college graduate earning a Bachelor’s Degree with a major in Business or Human Resources.
