Invoice Clerk (Phoenix)

  • Our company is searching for a candidate to serve as an Invoicing Clerk for our Service Department in Phoenix.  
     
    The job responsibilities would be; 
     
    1. Enter technician time cards. 
    2. Submit payroll Excel spreadsheet. 
    3. Invoice preventive maintenance, repair, warranty, and rental work. 
    4. Mail physical copies of all invoices. 
    5. Close open work orders for customers websites. 
    6. Process credit card payments. 
    7. Assist with work order scanning and filing as needed. 
     
    A successful applicant will have the following experience, education, and skills; 
    Would prefer someone with experience in Service industries such as Rental Equipment, Construction or Power Generation. 
    High school diploma and one-year certificate from a college or technical school; Military training, accounting or administrative background or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
    • Experience with and proficiency in MS Office applications. 
    • Working knowledge of Service Management network software or ability to quickly complete training. 
    • Self-starter, exercises good judgment, is proactive, and demonstrates timely follow-through. 
    • Practiced organizational skills; adherence to timelines and schedules; and attention to detail. 
    • Professional and effective skills of written and verbal communication. 
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Compensation: $15- $17 per hour with full benefits
