Here is the ideal candidate for this position.

Personality: Professional, capable, asks a lot of questions, has a great personality to interface with our customer, enjoys helping people and figuring out solutions to their technical challenges, determined and focused to do what it takes to solve the problem.

Technically: Has real world experience with Server 2003, Server 2008, Exchange 2003, 2007, and 2010. Hyper-V and VMWare (or a strong expertise in one, but not the other is also acceptable). Knowledge of AppAssure Replay or StorageCraft ShadowProtect products would be a tremendous asset. Knows and has used group policy to manage systems and may have previous experience with Faronics DeepFreeze or similar software.

Interested in becoming part of a small, but growing team of people who are looking to be the best place for people to get technology advice and assistance in Southern Arizona.

This will eventually become a full time job, so someone must have availability during the day between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
