Depending on the client, we may be the outsourced IT team or the provider of occasional on-call support with the work ranging from end-user application support to implementing VPN solutions to server virtualization and consolidation.

Job Description
This is a unique position with opportunities to do and learn just about all things IT related. Tech knowledge and skills are essential for the job but so are people skills, personality, organization, and writing. The work environment is professional but relaxed and supportive.

You will primarily be expected to provide direct support to clients, perform IT maintenance tasks, manage project-based work, monitor client contracts, and communicate with clients.
