As a company, we are focused on working with both our employees and clients to build mutually beneficial relationships. For our employees, while technical expertise is important, we also focus on what drives a person as we are looking for the right kind of people. If we find the right kind of person, we are willing to invest in that person to help mature their technical capacity to meet our client’s needs. A personal note from James Riley, CEO of JNR Networks:
“I have been in this industry for almost 2 decates. I know that it is common practice, on technical resumes, to list every technology you’ve ever imagined touching. While I understand this temptation, with us, be forewarned. . .either don’t do that here or be really clear about what you know and what you don’t know. In the interview process, we will talk with you about what is on your resume. If it is embellished, we consider that dishonest and you will be disqualified. Furthermore, even if you can get your way through the interview process and you get hired, we’ll expect you to have knowledge regarding what you put on your resume. If we find that you don’t have the experience you purport to have, your tenure with JNR Networks will be short lived and we’ll all have wasted our time. This is to say that we put a very high value on honesty and full disclosure. Lack of knowledge or skill will not necessarily disqualify you but lack of honesty will most definitely disqualify you regardless of how much knowledge or skill you may have.”

If you feel you fit the above criteria please submit your resume in PDF format to jobs@jnrnet.com. Any applicant offered the position must be able to pass a background check, credit check and drug screening. You must also provide proof of current vehicle registration and auto insurance.
