Requires an Associates Degree in Computer Science or related field; or an equivalent combination of training and progressively responsible experience that will result in the required specialized knowledge and abilities to perform the assigned work.

Must have a minimum of four (4) years experience within a technical IT Helpdesk operation supporting mid-range and server systems. Either MCSE or CCNA is required. Requires the ability to read, write and speak effectively in English. Must have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills both verbally and in writing including knowledge of basic grammar, spelling & punctuation. Requires the ability to work with professionals, and maintain confidentiality standards. Problem solving skills are strongly preferred. Some travel is required.
