****This position will be working one-on-one with clients seeking employment & employers to locate quality work for qualified individuals in our program.
 
This position will help/teach clients to adjust to a working environment and assist with barriers that may arise while getting acclimated to the world of work.
 

 
Skills / Requirements
 
1. Related experience with special populations ie disabled a plus
 
2. Familiar with major employers in the target communities.
 
3. Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
 
4. Strong Microsoft Office applications skills (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint).
 
5. Demonstrated strong organizational skills.
 
6. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
 
7. Valid Arizona Driver’s License.
 
8.Current automobile insurance.
 
9. Must be able to get fingerprint clearance card
 

 
Four year college degree or experience in related field required
