Leading provider of technology-oriented post-secondary degree programs in a variety of fields is looking for a JOB LEAD DEVELOPER.

Responsibilities

Develop warm client relationships with potential employers of current and future graduates.
Place outbound calls using employment posting boards.
Create spreadsheets to track productivity.
Verbally communicate approved presentations.
Actively generate personal referrals.
Actively participate in special recruiting promotional activities.

Qualifications

Experience in marketing, business or related area preferred or a minimum of 2 years direct sales experience in admissions, recruiting or other intangible sales.
Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport with a diverse customer base

Excellent computer skills to include proficiency with MS Office and use of the Internet

-Advanced search methods
-Advanced social networking abilities
Be able to maintain a spreadsheet of leads and keep track of productivity

Schedule
PART-TIME Position (20-30 hours per week)
Flexible schedule within normal business hours (M-F 8:30am-6:00pm)
