Directs and coordinates the activities of the workers, and the various trade groups. This is a working position and Must posses the skills necessary to professionally construct a landscape project on time and within budget. Will be required to perform all functions of the crew to ensure the successful completion of the project on time and on budget. Must have and maintain a valid Arizona Drivers license and a clean Motor Vehicle Report, absence of this element is an immediate reduction in position and salary. Use of vehicles limited to pickup and return to yard daily.
 

 
Must have a minimum of 3 years experience managing 4 or more people effectively within cost budgets and project timelines.
 

 
Must be able to operate standard equipment such as trenchers – skid steers etc
 

 
Must be able to read blue prints and follow direction
 

 
Must be able to provide timely and clear communications to the customer and management
 

 
Must be able to complete daily reports
 

 
Must ensure company policy is enforced
 

 
Must be able to work outside in all different elements
