Law Firm Seeking Experienced Personal Injury Paralegal
(Pre-litigation and Litigation)

Qualifications:

*Must be Fluent in English and Spanish
*5 years prior experience with Personal Injury firm
*Plaintiff Personal Injury experience
*Exceptional Office Skills
*Case Management experience is a plus

Duties:

*Management of full case load and extensive communication with clients
*Perform administrative work directly related to the management of case files.
*Prepare discovery including Rule 26.1 disclosure statements, answers to interrogatories and
production requests; summarize medical records and prepare arbitration, mediation and trial
notebooks.
