The Penhall Company’s Tucson, AZ Division is currently accepting applications for a Lead Compressor Tool Operator to work in a variety of environments utilizing different hand tools (pneumatic, electric & hand) all while having a strict adherence to safety. This is a labor intensive position that requires lead foremen abilities.

Position Requirements:
* Ability to lift 40-50lbs
* Must be devoted to safety.
* Must be mechanically inclined
* Willing to travel throughout the State
* Jackhammer / compressor / air tool experience a must; lead experience a plus
* Must have clean MVR and maintain a positive driving record
* Must have at least 5 years of soft & hard demolition experience

Additional Skills:
* Related construction experience
* Good communication skills a must
* Commercial construction experience is preferred
* Bobcat, Fork lift , Boom & Scissor lift, experience
* Ability to supervise a 4 man crew or more and maintain high levels of production
