Someone who uses both hands in independent, but simultaneous, operation performing dental procedures with minimum discomfort to patients and keeps timely management of the Doctor’s schedule by utilizing proper timing and sequence of instruments for a variety of dental procedures.

We have an immediate opportunity for an exceptional, experienced, self-motivated, and detail oriented Lead Dental Assistant at our practice. To be considered for this opportunity, it is essential that any candidate applying for this position possess the minimum qualifications reflected below.

Minimum Qualifications:
• A minimum of five years previous experience in a directly related clinical field within a high volume and fast paced dental office environment.
• X-ray certification for the state of Arizona.
• Familiarity with infection control and emergency procedures including CPR Certification and OSHA sterilization techniques in the workplace.
• Exceptional customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office, Dentrix, and other dental software programs.
