GROWING REAL ESTATE TEAM SEEKING AN EXPERIENCED, FULL TIME, LICENSED EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT.
We are one of the top teams within Keller Williams international and we are in search of energetic, hardworking, goal oriented individual.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
1.) Managing schedule of Lead Agent.
2.) Build, implement and manage all systems for sellers, buyers database management and back-office support.
3.) Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
4.) Coordinate the purchase, installation and maintenance of all office equipment.KEY SKILLS:
1.) Strong written and verbal communication skills.
2.) Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
3.) Great ability to focus.
4.) Learning based.
5.) Service-based attitude.
6.) Proven ability to succeed.Experience is a plus! Sales, customer service or real estate background is a plus!
