Licensed Process Server Needed for West Valley and Downtown Phoenix

Position Qualifications and Requirements:
You must have a valid process server license
You must have a cell phone, preferably a Smartphone with email capabilities
You must answer your phone and have the ability to return a voicemail within 30 minutes.
You must have a fully insured, reliable vehicle
You must be detail oriented, possess good written and verbal communication skills

All serve reports must be returned within 24 hours of completion. They must be fully complete, clearly legible and contain detailed notes from each attempt.

When practical, if the subject being served resides at an apartment complex, the server must try to verify residency within the first two attempts through the leasing office.

Our Process Servers average $20-$40 an hour. Servers are compensated per completion of the serve; we do compensate for Non-serves when a diligent effort is made.
A fee of $37.50 fee will be deducted for insurance and use of a phone provided to you. Both fees can be waived if proven to be sufficiently insured by TRG standards and you possess a phone that is compatible with our dispatching technology.
