A national law firm, representing 50,000 clients, is seeking attorneys interested in telecommuting with a minimum of three years of litigation experience, licensed, and in good standing with the Arizona bar. Our practice focuses primarily on consumer law to include debt reorganization and bankruptcy. The ideal candidate must be computer proficient, have the ability to work independently, be able to designate a portion of the day to taking and returning calls from clients, and to communicate clearly and compassionately with clients via telephone and email. Consumer law experience representing debtors or collectors, active bar membership in multiple states or Federal District Court, and proficiency in a second language is a plus.
