THE EMPLOYEE MUST BE AT LEAST 20 YEARS OF AGE AND WILL BE REQUIRED TO HAVE AND MAINTAIN A VALID AZ DRIVER’S LICENSE, AND AN ACCEPTABLE MVD RECORD (NO DUI/DWI, LOSS OF LICENSE; OR 2 OR MORE TICKETS IN THE LAST 3 YEARS).
