Immediate opening for a qualified HVAC certified Maintenance Person.
Supervise, guide and motivate a staff of three and oversee
to provide exceptional customer service.
Candidate must be adept in all aspects of turning apartments. Experience in
troubleshooting and repair of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances drywall repair,
and must be pool certified.
Understanding of budget control, ordering supplies and ability to follow procedures.
