Las Casitas Village and Avalon Terrace apartments are currently seeking highly motivated Maintenance Technicians for apartment communities located in Tucson. The ideal candidates must be self motivated, energetic, highly organized and have previous apartment community maintenance technician experience. Candidates must be able to multitask and handle a large work load. Candidates for Maintenance must also be HVAC certified.
 

 
Job Requirements:
 

 
*Previous property maintenance experience.
 
*Reliable transportation and valid drivers license and must pass background check .
 
*Must have your own tools.
 
*Must have strong customer service skills.
 
*Experience in troubleshooting and repairing all appliances, HVAC systems, electrical and plumbing. repairs, and experience in turning apartments for move ins.
