Male role model needed for a full-time position in a boy’s group home. The position is Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4 pm and is paid hourly. This position involves considerable administrative duties as well as the supervision and structure of the residents. Applicants must have excellent writing skills, be articulate and look professional, be able to perform a host of duties including paperwork, interaction with professionals, appointments, supervision of residents, light housework and transporting. Requirements include having at least a High School Diploma or a GED, be at least 21 years of age, be able to pass a fingerprint background check or have a current fingerprint clearance card and have an excellent driving record. Preference is given to those with current CPR/First Aid card, those with proof of any form of crisis intervention training and those with experience working with children. This is a good position for those part-time students going into the social service field. This is a position with includes a variety of duties and the applicant must be organized, detail oriented and present professionally.
