About the opportunity:
- As a Predictive Group Associate you will work with clients across all industries and around the world. Utilizing our extensive product offerings you will help organizations develop leaders, create succession plans, and bring the right people into the organization.

Aggressive commission-only opportunity

- Associates in the firm are 1099 Independent Contractors
Year 1 average 1099 =$65k
Year 2 average 1099 =$110k
Top Associate 2010 income +$300k

o Annual Renewal Fee structure creates Associate annuity income
o Conducting client training drives client results and is a lucrative Associate revenue source
o We offer multiple workshop certifications.
o Successful Associates have a strong personal network, senior management or sales and client management experience, and the personal discipline to consistently generate business.
o Successful Associates have the ability to generate a lifetime 6 figure income stream.
